The “Environment and Innovation” project relies on organisations working together to make the initiative successful.
This initiative is made possible thanks to the kind support of Toyota Motor Europe, through the Toyota Fund for Europe.
The project is developed and implemented by the International Eco-Schools programme of the Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE). National FEE Member organisations implementing Eco-Schools in Germany, England and Northern Ireland, Italy and Spain to develop the project in the respective countries. The project is also developed in conjunction with another FEE programme – Young Reporters for the Environment.
The initiative is backed by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP). In addition to providing information and materials on relevant environmental themes, UNEP is offering a series of prizes and distinctions to schools submitting the most innovative projects.
